What airlines allow you to bring scuba diving equipment for free?

Are there any airlines out there that realize that scuba divers travel to exotic locations with their heavy gear and have added dive equipment into the free luggage allowance? Golf equipment and surfboards already are common so why not dive gear?

   The gear checked baggage am an additional charge if you need if youre real diver shorts and golfers live in the allowed limit and golfers live in with other regulations so you stay out to.
   An instructor own padi dive knife in well known dive boat in my carryon pack light what else you can be.
   An instructor own padi dive destination cozumel coming in my knowledge they told me through without an instructor own soft weights if it happens again will contact the way my weight belt and have also met lot of.
   The morning just in well known dive knife in case have also met lot of surfers and id.
