		<description>everything, just make sure you are limber.  tiger woods benches over 250 lbs and works out 4 times a week.  strng core muscles are good for satbility as well as legs. triceps and forearm muscles are good for power and cinsistency. but mostly stay limber more pros do yoga  and pilattes than weight train</description>
